Sorry black Friday was a long time ago but oh well!

   I went to Target in Utah on black friday... midnight. with my Nanny, Lily, and my uncle Andy.
   If you know the song "last friday night" by Katy Perry... this is a perody me and Lily made up...

   There's a person pushing me, There's a 50$ t.v. Deals are all over the store, Nike free runs on the floor.

It was like a rat stampede, cops are walking over me. I phones on the clearance rack, this a massager for my back? Cd's of Bieber ended up in my cart, I'm toast. It's a crowed room and i think I'm claustrophobic. Blah! Black Friday night, there was a super long line that stretched across to Game Stop.

and i am happy to see my family again :)

On June 25 I rode on a plane with one of my best friends, Meghan to Utah. There nanny & poppy picked us up and we stayed at my Great aunt Anneke's house. a couple days later we went to BYU for a fun swim camp, we stayed in heritage halls and had to get up every morning at 6 and go to bed at 11... not to mention that we swam 4 hrs. a day. Anyways we walked every were in blazing heat but it was worth it because we saw all of campus and even the book store (which is amazing) And my birthday was on tuesday ( turned 12!!!) so i had to celebrate it there and the basketball boys had to serinate happy birthday to me :P. And on Fri. the camp was over and then we went to temple square with poppy, and it is huge and pretty!!! Also me and Meghan flew home today :( if u have any questions you can txt, email, or call me.

note: double ingredients if want to taste better
   ~4 cups of uncooked bow tie pasta
   ~1 clove of minced garlic
   ~1 teaspoon olive oil
   ~1 tablespoon lemon juice
   ~1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
   ~1/2 teaspoon salt
   ~1/4 teaspoon pepper
   ~1/2 cup loosely packed, thin sliced fresh basil leaves
   ~1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
   ~ chicken pieces (optional)

  cook pasta according to package directions. meanwhile, in a skillet, saute garlic in oil for 1 min. stir in lemon juice, lemon peel,salt and pepper. drain pasta; add to skillet. Add basil; toss to coat. cook and stir for 1-2 min. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and (chicken if wanted). finally eat and enjoy:)

For those of you kids that are going into middle school soon.... good luck. It's pretty complicated. I go to PE first.. yeh:( today we did Idiana 500, worst thing ever, do not try it at home. Then science were I have the best teacher ever... ms.scott. Then I go to orchestra, I play the viola and I concider my self a 6 out of 10. Then lunch yum!!! ware I sit with Jackie, Sammi , Marissa,Alex, elli, riley,and mady. Then break (or recess) were I played 4 square-best game ever!!! THen my "favorite" part of the day...MATH, witch is torcher!!!! Then I have block... launguage arts and social studies... I have mrs.conners she's really nice but is super skinny and just had a baby.Anyways the trimester ends on friday so I thought I'd share my grades.... there not horrible but their not amazing....... i have an A,A,A,B,A,A- SO thats pretty much all I have to say.

After seeing the Justin Bieber movie yesterday with my friends that was a good experience we... Lost our voice, fell in love and went crazy...

it was actually a really inspiring movie. And I recommend it and even if you hate him this movie will change your mind!!!

i just finished reading this really good book! called run away twin... by peg kehret!!! its about this girl named sunny and her mom died when she was 3 and her and her twin sister Starr get separated.

She goes around to a bunch of foster homes and ends up with a moman named Rita, that she really likes. Every day she dreams about reuniting with Starr. She looks at a a photo of her and Starr that says, Emuclaw, Washington. one day she found a bag that had over 800$ in it she tried to find the owner but couldn't.

so she decided to die her hair and travel from Nebraska to Emuclaw, wa. on the way she meet a stranded nice dog that she named snickers. she also faced mean boys that tried to steal her money, a nice cab driver, and a tornado, she also ended up loosing her backpack with all her things in it, and saving a life. with her money swep away by the tornado she went to a rescue center and they found her backpack. that boosted up her confidence so eventually she finds Starr.

but Starr dosen't remember her, so Starr is mad at sunny for "posing" as her sister. Starr wins this poem contest, but sunny finds out that she copied it from the internet. sunny gets mad and thinks Starr is a brat so she goes back home to live with Rita.

and i defenetly recomend this book to your kids.

my family just got back from maui yesterday it was really fun we stayed a the grand wielia the fancist hotel in the world!!! at the pool there is 6 diff pools a tarzan swing and 7 water slides 2 big fun ones.... plus there is even a water elevator!!! my highlight of the trip was seeing a turtle it was huge and swimming right on the shore break of the beach I was the only person in my family who saw it well and my mom but she saw it from her chair I acually swam and looked at it right in front of me,while lily and dad swam a half a mile to look for one!!! I t was an awsome trip.

last saturday i flew on a 5 hour flight to new york!!!here is my schedule...

DAY 1: I went on top of the empire state building, walked on the brooklyn bridge, rode on a horse drawn carrage though centural park, and went to F.A.O SHWARTZ!

DAY 2: all I did today was stay at the trade show with my mom... and I went on the giant ferris weel is TOYS R US!!!oh and nanny and poppy came today!!!

we went to idaho for a family reunion last week and had a blast!!! we went to a lake were we did the "board"and inner tubing!!! me and riley were the 1st ones to do it and we went really fast... we screamed our heads off!!! we went to different lake that had a waterslide... after that we went to yellowstone for the first time and saw old faithful blow :) on our way back we hit buffolo traffic like 50 buffolo crossed the road!!! a couple went really close to our car... it was a really fun trip

I went to a swim meet. it's my last one being 10, because my birthday is next monday. anyways I did awsome!!! thats why my title is "BROOKLYN THE AWSOME".

I got (2) 1st places out of 60 girls, one in my backstoke, the other is my 100 free style.

I also got (2) 2nds out of like 70 girls!! one in my IM, the other in my 50 freestyle.

the worst I did was 3rd out of 65 girls, it's not bad it's just the worst I did. that was

in my 50 butterfly.

last, on my breaststroke I got disqualified. I dont know why??? but I would have placed 3rd. upabove there is pics of me and my swim buddies:)

today my day at school went a little like this... we did calendar. then we wrote letters to our next years teacher. next we went to recess, but it was raining cats and dogs so we had indoor recess. after recess we ate snack and went to reading groups. then we finished our fiction stories. when we were about to go to lunch my mom called from the office and took me home, you know why? it because she missed me????? weird, anyway we also went to see the new karate kid, and it was awsome!!!! i'm so glad my mom picked me up because at the end of the day we were learning about "HUMAN GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT" it's gross!!!

I went to the rose parade with my friends the richmans it was fun because we got front row seats...and right behind us there was an old box car we all sat in it for shade... we saw so really cool floats...also alot os marching bands that played really good. i got mad towards the end though because thats when the clows came.. I was hinding behind chairs. I really hate clowns, infact a clown threw candy at me, and my head still hurts a little :(

I just love it when I come home from a hard day of school eat a snack do homework, practice piano and wach a little of my three favorite shows, big time rush,victorious,and good luck charlie!!! then I go out side and usually play soccer with lily and otto but I especally can't wait for summer 3 reasons...1. my birthday 2. watermelon season and 3. NO SCHOOL!!!!!!!

yes,i did steal that title from a friends blog...the rosenlofs, sorry. i just thought it was perfict for this post,it's actualy very very very sad,,, so I came home from school and my dad said,we have to go to a funeral for my loving turtle phillip my dad had made a little coufin for his little body and we said a few words...bye. I think he died beacause 1 month ago my notty baby sister ruby picked him up and pushed her finger in and smooshed his head and neck he was so scared he was in there for hours!!! he has been recovering since i think it was better for him so he didn't have to suffer all the pain he was in that day i had to "swim for phillip". i have pics of him-

SO over spring break we brought along my little brother's bike... my dad's mission was to teach my brother (otto) how to ride a 2 weeler befor his 6th birthday... (may 4)!!!! if he did he would get a HUGE star wars lego set... i think that's the part my dad wanted most!!!!!! anyways he did it!!! can you belive it...my little man growing up so fast...tear. but the thing is thats all he wants to do...right when he gets of the school bus when it's raining he jumps on his bike...did i mention its raining????

so i know i posted a post yesterday...but i was dying to tell you about MY easter morning. i woke up to find ruby on the coach at 7:30am watching dora so i wake up lily and otto and go downstairs... but sadly we had to go back up,just because my mother needed some "beauty sleep" after we came down (30 min later) we had to go on a little treasure hunt to find our baskets,one clue said,"where do you go poop? so why don't you go snoop? so we asked ruby, where do you go poop? as to which she responded,"in my tiny baby potty" in turns out our baskets were behind the couch...so original!!!!after we stuffed ourselves with chocolate lily said OUT LOUD the easter bunny is mommy,right in front of otto and ruby,so mommy "affended" said, i don't have a fat bunny tail?? i thought to myself,her butt could work? so then my parents had a whole speech about how some kids don't get easter baskets because the "bunny" "can't find them" so my parents went back to bed,now we are watching general conference and later we aregoing to my grandma's house to hunt for eggs!!!!

SO..over spring break...as i told you before we went to our wonderful beach house!!!! we had a blast(when dont we???)anyways we saw 2 movies...1.DIARY OF A WIMPY KID as ruby calls it "poopy wimpy kid" it was hilarious!!! the last one we saw was, how to train your dragon i thought that was cute and funny to bad my mother didn't come to..she's not very fond of cartoons??? i don't know??? my mom also brought along with us a movie she adored when she was my age (10) it was called ANNE OF GREEN GABLES i liked it but it was way to long,infact we spent a whole day watching it...ridiculas?? it has 6 chapters each is like 3 hours long so we were watching ANNE for 18 hours...my fav. part was when Mathew died..but also the sadest...if you have withnessed this movie,please commet you fav part,if you havent seen it then just leave a commet!!! have a spectacular easter!!!!!

in the last post i wrote, i talked about how i was nervous about my interview for the art school i would love to go to!!!!!!! well, 2 days ago i got it over with! and it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be!!!!!! i think i have a really good chance of getting in! when i get the letter in 1 week telling me the results...i'll make sure to post right away!!!! wish me luck!!!

I am going to be so nervous at school.... you know why it's because I am having a interview for a privet (public) school i might also have to do a play or dace with a group of other kids....my parents said they were all nervous too!!!!!!!!! the worst part is i have to do my interview with about 3 adults (yikes!!!!!!)

i have a big swim meet tomorrow and I am so nervous! I know I did awesome on my last one but this time I have to do an ''IM'' which is were you do butterfly down, backstroke back, then breaststroke down, and freestyle to finish the race! I am also do a 50 breaststroke, a 50 backstroke, a 50 butterfly, and a 50 freestyle!( i am getting more nervous as i talk about it) and for me the hardest would have to be, the 100! freestyle! well wish me luck... Today is Ruby's Birthday! and every time someone has a birthday in our house my mom and dad(in the middle of the night)decorate our kitchen table with streamers, presents, cake,etc. anyways the first thing Ruby did was go to the table and picked up a packet of '' Tic- Tacs'', funny story because one time at our beach house I was changing Ruby's diper and when I unwrapped it there was a tic-tac right on the side of here little butt!

We went to california! we had a blast! we went to the beach,2 different hotels, and to my dads best friends house! at my dads friends house (he has 3 boys) they had a big bouncy mini waterpark! The main reason we came here was, we were having a big family reunion at my grandpa's brothers house! they had a really cool built in pool, they built it themselves! it had cliffs, and rocks to jump off! it was awsome!

ok so first it was my birthday, nanny and poppy came with us to the beach house. I got an I pod nano, a Brooklyn Dogers B-Ball cap, lots of stuff for scrapbooking, a pair of new vans, and a really cool lunch box!

Now we move to the 4th! we went to the beach house(again) and our whole family came! Even my best friend Kaleb! WE stayed at the beach all day! we even saw a friend that was in our class this year! we shot off fire works, weto our bathing suits so we could play in the water! It was a blast!

A couple weeks ago I went to California with my mom! We went to the California Market Center where we met my mom's really nice sales rep...Holly! We also saw some of my moms old friends. I got my first room service, which was my favorite food... SALMON! I also got my first taxi ride. We rented the movie Mall Cop. We had a blast!
